Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve foreclosure issues and minimize risks
• Provide updates and ensure compliance with guidelines while managing attorney communications
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and accurately calculate bidding instructions for foreclosure sales

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and relevant federal/state laws
• Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation and foreclosure processing best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
