Foreclosure Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II - Milestone Processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure process for assigned mortgage loans and ensure timely completion according to investor guidelines
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve issues and provide status updates to investors during the foreclosure process
• Generate reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in a Default Servicing related field
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in Default Servicing, such as Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation
• Ability to understand and analyze legal documents
• Knowledge of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
