Foreclosure Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist III, responsible for overseeing the foreclosure process and managing complex litigation related to loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure progress and ensure compliance with investor guidelines
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external parties
• Conduct quality control reviews and maintain tracking of legal expenses related to litigation files

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years in Default Servicing
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in Default Servicing related fields such as Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of mortgage products and operational functions
