Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external parties
• Conduct regular reviews of assigned loans and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years' experience in Default Servicing
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in managing complex litigation related to foreclosures
• Ability to implement procedure changes and create departmental presentations
• Experience in tracking and reporting legal expenses related to foreclosure actions
