Foreclosure Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist III - Foreclosure Timeline Control-2.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the foreclosure process to ensure compliance with investor guidelines and manage escalated issues
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external parties, ensuring effective communication and resolution of disputes
• Conduct regular reviews of assigned loans and maintain compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Default Servicing related field
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• 3 years of Default Servicing related field experience is preferred
• Proven leadership ability and experience in training new staff
• Understanding of mortgage products and systemic functions related to the foreclosure process
