Foreclosure Specialist with Notary License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II who will manage foreclosure issues and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
• Calculate bidding instructions and prepare foreclosure loans for sheriff's sale
• Provide management with status updates and support internal staff regarding foreclosure loans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage default servicing
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and federal/state laws related to foreclosure and bankruptcy
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and best servicing practices
• Ability to read and understand legal terms and conditions related to foreclosure processes
