Job Summary
Working in a full-time capacity, the Foreclosure Specialist with Notary License will manage foreclosure processes by executing financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing resolutions to minimize risks while supporting internal staff with foreclosure-related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Execute various financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
- Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgment figures and state-required documents
- Provide status updates and reporting to management while ensuring compliance with agency and investor guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage default servicing
- Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with relevant federal and state laws
- Valid notary license is beneficial
- Proficient in mortgage loan documentation and servicing practices
