A company is looking for a Foreclosure Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day productivity of the team and monitor metrics to maximize efficiency
• Hire, train, and manage team members while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Update internal procedures and communicate status updates to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing required
• Expert knowledge of mortgage foreclosures, defaults, and bankruptcies
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with consumers under financial stress
• Familiarity with document retention software preferred
