Foreclosure Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily administration of the Foreclosure Department, the hybrid remote Foreclosure Supervisor will manage workflow efficiencies, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing department policies and ensure adherence to procedures
• Supervise and mentor staff, including training, performance reviews, and task prioritization
• Recommend process improvements and maintain revenue and production goals

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant legal work experience, preferably in Foreclosure
• Knowledge of the Foreclosure process and sales process is preferable
• Previous supervisory or lead role experience in a team environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic foreclosure laws and regulations
