Foreclosure Team Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for managing foreclosure processes, the full-time Foreclosure Team Lead will work directly with various stakeholders to make decisions, provide resolutions, and ensure compliance with guidelines while mentoring staff and supporting the Default Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
• Monitor attorney progress and ensure foreclosure timelines are met per state and investor requirements
• Provide training and mentorship to new and existing Foreclosure Specialists

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Math, English, Legal, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage default servicing
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with relevant federal and state laws
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation and best servicing practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage loan software
