Key Responsibilities:

• Define payroll requirements and select foreign payroll providers
• Manage payroll staff and ensure provider compliance
• Keep abreast of foreign country payroll laws and tax obligations

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of payroll management or shared services experience
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of foreign payroll processing
• US Citizenship required
