Foreign Systems Interface Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreign Systems Interface Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical planning and installation of interfaces, including configuring Cerner interfaces
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface issues while managing project documentation and stakeholder communication
• Support interface validation, testing, deployment, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 8 years of combined related work experience, including experience with integration engines and HL7/X12 standards
• Experience with Cerner Open Engine and data architecture
• Proficient in Cerner Command Language (CCL) or SQL programming
• Hands-on experience with interoperability standards such as HL7, CDA, CCD, JSON, and FHIR
