Foreign Trade Specialist

Job Summary

Foreign Trade Specialist, responsible for managing the order fulfillment process in a full-time, permanent role, while interacting with customers and coordinating with various functions to ensure high-quality service in international logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order to cash process, including expediting and monitoring back-orders
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and external service providers, ensuring effective communication
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and support training for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Education in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Logistics preferred
• Experience in imports and exports or related supply chain work
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP
• High competence in Microsoft Office tools
• Spanish language skills preferred
