Job Summary
Foreign Trade Specialist, responsible for managing the order fulfillment process in a full-time, permanent role, while interacting with customers and coordinating with various functions to ensure high-quality service in international logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order to cash process, including expediting and monitoring back-orders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and external service providers, ensuring effective communication
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and support training for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Education in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Logistics preferred
- Experience in imports and exports or related supply chain work
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP
- High competence in Microsoft Office tools
- Spanish language skills preferred
