Forensic Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forensic Collection Specialist responsible for the acquisition, preservation, and documentation of digital evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct forensic collections of electronically stored information (ESI) from various digital sources
• Ensure integrity and defensibility of collections through proper chain-of-custody and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support litigation and investigation workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital forensics or data collection in a litigation or investigation context
• Working knowledge of digital forensic tools
• Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows and legal chain-of-custody requirements
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive/confidential data
• Industry certifications are a plus but not required
