Forensic Genealogist

Job Summary

To support the estate recovery process, the contract Forensic Genealogist will contact potential heirs, explain inheritance opportunities, and secure agreements while thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided leads
• Explain estate recovery opportunities and guide individuals through the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and secure signed contingent fee agreements

Required qualifications

• Heir search experience is a plus
• Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience preferred
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
