Job Summary

To support the recovery of inheritances, the contract Forensic Genealogist will engage with potential heirs by explaining estate recovery opportunities, securing agreements, and maintaining communication while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided leads
• Explain estate recovery opportunities and secure signed contingent fee agreements
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and guide potential heirs through the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• Heir search experience is a plus
• Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Compassionate and comfortable handling sensitive conversations about estates
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
