Forensic Underwriter Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jumbo Forensic Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Forensic Underwriting Team
• Serve as the first level escalation point for inquiries and additional file reviews
• Monitor team performance metrics and suggest process improvements for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in a Team Lead or senior role
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory rules and regulations
• Thorough understanding of Agency, Non-Agency, Bond, and Non-QM guidelines
• Experience working in Encompass is a plus
