Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forensic Underwriting Manager to lead a team of Forensic Post Purchase Underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Post Purchase Forensic Underwriting Team, focusing on employee development and performance
• Serve as a second level escalation point for loan level decisions and monitor investor posted turn times
• Drive departmental projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance with investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of underwriting experience in both manual and automated environments
• 3+ years in a leadership role, such as Team Lead
• Experience in identifying potentially fraudulent activity through analysis and investigative techniques
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, investor conditions, and regulatory rules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
