Forestry Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forestry Expert (Mid-Term Review).

Key Responsibilities

• Review background documentation and contribute to data-collection tool preparation
• Participate in primary data collection and stakeholder interviews during country visits
• Analyze evidence collected and provide inputs for MTR deliverables, including reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in evaluation, forestry, natural-resource management, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in a relevant technical area
• Must be a national of the Philippines or a resident with a valid work permit
• Working knowledge (level C) of English and Filipino
• Experience in development evaluations and knowledge of FAO and GEF procedures is an asset
