Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forms Analyst will recommend, develop, and maintain company forms while assisting with regulatory communications and managing filing processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Recommend, develop, review, and maintain the company forms database and external facing forms repositories
  • Assist in preparing communications with state Departments of Insurance and manage the filing approval process
  • Research requirements and monitor electronic form filings in various state filing repositories
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of personal lines and commercial lines technical underwriting, claims, and/or form development experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including homeowner's and commercial insurance processes
  • Experience with the Guidewire suite of products is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and form development software applications such as RiskGenius, Mozart, or GhostDraft
