Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize, and maintain a forms library by generating, changing, or deleting forms
• Maintain records of workload and client status, ensuring timely billing processing
• Collaborate with technical associates regarding product change requests and application defects

Required Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Previous experience creating forms is desired
• Availability to work periodic weekends and expanded hours
• Powersports, RV, or Marine dealership experience is preferred
• Understanding of the F&I Department's purpose is beneficial
