Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and complete forms accurately
  • Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH laws while processing medical record requests
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
  • Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type 50 wpm and operate fax, copier, and scanning machines
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
