Job Summary
A company is looking for a Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and complete forms accurately
- Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH laws while processing medical record requests
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
- Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 50 wpm and operate fax, copier, and scanning machines
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
