Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and HITECH laws while processing medical record requests
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
  • Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
  • Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
