Job Summary
A company is looking for a Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and ensure timely completion
- Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and HITECH laws while processing medical record requests
Required Qualifications
- 1 year prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
- Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Proficient in using office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
- Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
