Job Summary

Forms Completion Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for completing FMLA/Disability forms accurately and efficiently while providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and communicate with patients and physician coordinators
  • Ensure timely completion of disability forms and maintain professional relationships with account clients
  • Conduct quality screenings on incoming PHI and manage medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
  • Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
