Job Summary

To support efficient healthcare processes, the full-time remote Forms Completion Specialist will manage the completion of FMLA and Disability forms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality customer service while adhering to medical office procedures and terminology.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and ensure timely completion within 5-7 days
  • Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability paperwork with a patient-centered approach
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations while processing medical record requests
Required qualifications:
  • 1 year of prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
