Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Forms (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, review, and approval of policy forms and endorsements
• Monitor regulatory compliance and manage the lifecycle of filings with Departments of Insurance
• Lead relationships with third-party forms specialists and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in insurance forms management, product development, or regulatory compliance
• Deep regulatory compliance knowledge
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Project management expertise focused on process improvement
• Familiarity with policy administration systems
