Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forms Specialist - PRN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Complete health-related forms accurately based on the medical record
Extract and synthesize relevant clinical information to support form responses
Navigate EMRs to locate relevant notes and prepare supplemental medical documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred in a related field
2+ years of experience in healthcare documentation or a related role
Experience navigating electronic medical records (EMRs)
Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy principles
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
