Job Summary

To support a growing Formulary Management Services segment, the full-time Formulary Consulting Lead will deliver client consultations focused on formulary strategies and financial models while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver value to clients through consultations and presentations on formulary strategies to achieve clinical and financial goals
  • Apply clinical and business knowledge to execute financial models, evaluate client formularies, and analyze utilization and spending reports
  • Develop and present clear client-facing materials while managing deliverables and expectations with internal and external partners
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in client management, formulary operations, or clinical operations
  • Experience with pharmacy plan design, pharma manufacturer discounts contracting, or health plan/PBM financial modeling
  • Ability to read and understand client and pharma contracts
  • Experience accessing and using various databases related to pricing, formularies, and claims
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
