Job Summary
To support a growing Formulary Management Services segment, the full-time Formulary Consulting Lead will deliver client consultations focused on formulary strategies and financial models while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver value to clients through consultations and presentations on formulary strategies to achieve clinical and financial goals
- Apply clinical and business knowledge to execute financial models, evaluate client formularies, and analyze utilization and spending reports
- Develop and present clear client-facing materials while managing deliverables and expectations with internal and external partners
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client management, formulary operations, or clinical operations
- Experience with pharmacy plan design, pharma manufacturer discounts contracting, or health plan/PBM financial modeling
- Ability to read and understand client and pharma contracts
- Experience accessing and using various databases related to pricing, formularies, and claims
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
