Formulary Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert in formulary management operations and adjudication systems
• Maintain formularies and drug lists across multiple systems
• Support communication of formulary changes and program updates for internal and external partners

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) or formulary management experience
• Familiarity with Clinical Pharmacy Formularies, Drug Lists, and pharmacy programs
• Knowledge of Medispan and/or First Databank drug files
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred; Project Management Certification preferred
