Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Administration Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational aspects of business unit, department, and act as a subject matter expert in leading strategic initiatives
  • Focus on quality control and analysis of client formulary set-up, rule sets, coding, accuracy, and documentation
  • Support the execution of programs under the guidance of Director and/or Manager

Required Qualifications:
  • PharmD degree or equivalent
  • Pharmacy license in good standing
  • Experience in formulary administration and strategy
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to formulary management
  • Experience in managing cross-departmental functions
