Fortran Compiler Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fortran Compiler Engineer to develop optimizing compilers for high-performance computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems at the intersection of compilers, programming models, and high-performance computing architectures
• Implement and enhance features in LLVM Flang, OpenACC, and OpenMP
• Collaborate with application teams to address compilation challenges from the HPC community

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working on a production Fortran compiler
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, ECE, or equivalent experience
• Proven understanding of compiler internals, including semantic analysis
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals, particularly in C/C++, and parallel computer architectures
