Forward Deployed Agent Builder

Job Summary

To support an AI-first strategy, the full-time Forward Deployed Agent Builder will collaborate with business and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents that address complex workflows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with teams to translate complex business problems into agent workflows and data architectures
• Design and implement multi-agent architectures and end-to-end RAG pipelines using various tools and databases
• Optimize agent performance and integrate solutions into enterprise systems while ensuring usability and clear communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph
• Proficiency in designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
• Strong API integration skills and familiarity with enterprise systems
• Experience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
