Job Summary
To support innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Forward Deployed AI Architect will embed within client operations, perform critical roles to understand business processes, and ship production-grade GenAI systems while owning the outcomes and driving adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients by performing their operational roles for several weeks to gain in-depth understanding before redesigning processes
- Develop and deploy production-level GenAI systems, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and operational needs
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Executives to drive adoption and measure success against business unit goals
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on writing production code
- Proven experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production, with hands-on involvement in complex projects
- Ability to quickly learn and engage with unfamiliar business domains and processes
- Strong engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS, including containers and CI/CD practices
