Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, APJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and implement GenAI observability programs
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring high-quality technical execution and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Experience in building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver under tight deadlines
• Genuine passion for AI and staying updated with evolving technologies in the field
