Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage multiple concurrent projects, partner with enterprise AI teams to design and implement observability programs, and build custom integrations while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale GenAI observability programs
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Manage multiple customer engagements, driving projects from scoping through delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience, proficient in Python, Java, and TypeScript
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications in production
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver technical outcomes under tight timelines
• Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with both technical and business audiences
