Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed AI Engineer will collaborate with enterprise clients to identify, design, and deploy impactful AI solutions using Claude and the broader enterprise AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases and translate business problems into executable technical solutions
• Design and build enterprise-grade applications and workflows that integrate Claude with existing systems
• Lead discovery sessions to map business processes, assess automation opportunities, and define measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in building production applications and APIs
• Hands-on experience with Claude, including prompt engineering and production deployment
• Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture patterns and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with Python and modern application development practices; exposure to TypeScript or similar frameworks is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders
