Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer, the full-time remote position will partner with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability programs while managing multiple client projects and driving technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and implement observability and evaluation programs
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders, translating business priorities into scalable solutions
• Manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring high-quality technical execution and customer experience

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience in Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications in production
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business audiences
