Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer will enhance operational efficiency by mapping workflows, designing future-state processes, and deploying AI agents and automation pipelines in production while collaborating with domain leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing and potential workflows to identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Design target workflows, specifying roles for agents and humans, and establish data flow requirements
• Build and manage AI agents and automation pipelines, ensuring reliable performance and integration with business systems

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CLIs, APIs, SQL, Python scripting, and familiarity with AI and automation tools
• Proven ability to manage elevated access with a focus on security and auditability
• Strong technical and process judgment, with the ability to prioritize based on outcomes and KPIs
• Experience in delivering measurable outcomes in collaboration with business teams
• Background in product management, solutions engineering, or technical operations is preferred
