Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed AI Engineer will engage deeply with client operations to rebuild critical business processes using AI technologies, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes while leveraging existing industry Blueprints.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within client teams to understand and transform their operational processes from first principles
• Utilize pre-built AI Blueprints to guide engagements and ensure effective implementation of AI solutions
• Lead the development and deployment of GenAI/LLM systems, ensuring they are production-ready and tailored to client needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on writing production code
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to unfamiliar business functions
• Experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production with a strong understanding of evaluation metrics
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with a solid foundation in cloud-native delivery on AWS
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguous project scopes
