Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, responsible for embedding in client operations to understand their processes, rebuilding functions from first principles, and delivering AI solutions in financial services and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Spend initial engagement weeks performing the client's job to understand operational constraints and needs
• Collaborate with clients to rebuild business functions and deliver AI solutions based on industry blueprints
• Lead the development and deployment of GenAI/LLM systems in production environments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building software with a focus on production code
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong engineering fundamentals
• Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS, including containers and CI/CD
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and engage with unfamiliar business domains
• Solid foundations in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in production environments
