Forward Deployed AI Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed AI Engineer will deploy and operationalize AI-powered workflow solutions for clients, blending full-stack engineering with AI implementation and client-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI workflows within client ServiceNow environments while translating business requirements into technical architectures
- Build demos and prototypes to validate AI-driven workflows and support the implementation of AI orchestration and integrations
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, and AI services, while contributing to the evolution of AI platforms and reusable components
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or automation systems
- Strong foundation in full-stack development and experience with scripting or enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies or AI-powered applications
- Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting roles
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
