Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed AI Engineer will deploy and tailor AI solutions for customers by integrating with their workflows and resolving data issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI-powered workflows for specific customers and source systems
- Integrate with agency management systems and customer data while resolving real-world data issues
- Build tooling and provide product requirements feedback to the core platform
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in software, forward-deployed, or solutions engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience debugging integrations
- Customer-facing instincts and excellent communication skills
- Ability to take action in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated-data domains is a bonus
