Forward Deployed Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design of customer systems and workflows, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Architect will manage enterprise architecture, drive AI adoption, and influence cross-functional teams to enhance Atlassian's platform across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the System of Work using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
• Lead process transformation and develop capability roadmaps in collaboration with executive stakeholders
• Mentor technical teams and represent the company at industry events through presentations and publications

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and workflow design
• Strong background in multi-tenant SaaS, integration patterns, and AI-native workflows
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and executive engagement
• Ability to mentor and develop technical talent within the organization
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and their application in various business contexts
