Forward Deployed Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap for process blueprints and automation solutions, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Consultant will design, implement, and optimize automated business process solutions while collaborating with customer-facing teams and engineering to enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and feature lifecycle for process blueprints and automation solutions
• Partner with teams to map customer requirements and build solution blueprints using platform features
• Translate strategic goals into Product Requirement Documents and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting
• Experience building external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of business workflow mapping and process improvement methodologies
• Hands-on technical experience with automation tools, workflow builders, or low/no-code platforms
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and design
