Forward Deployed Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the configuration work for new clients, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Data Analyst will define and validate productivity metrics, implement analytics solutions, and ensure ongoing value through refined configurations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate their goals into clear implementation plans within Reflow
• Own the setup, configuration, and implementation process for new customers, ensuring they achieve value quickly
• Continuously improve analytics processes and refine metrics to maintain accuracy and usefulness

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL and database skills for data-driven configuration decisions
• Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in implementation, analytics, or customer success
• Ability to translate business intent into clear, testable logic and rules
• Detail-oriented with a focus on correctness and avoiding data conflicts
• Comfortable with complex data models and metrics
