Job Summary
As a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer on the Customer Success team, the successful candidate will own a portfolio of customers, driving onboarding, adoption, and risk mitigation while acting as a technical advisor and partner throughout the customer lifecycle in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding tailored to each customer's platform and integration complexity, ensuring timely value realization
- Manage customer health by tracking business and technical signals, addressing risks, and implementing mitigation plans
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, providing consultative guidance to customers on technical integration
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as technical customer success, implementation, or solutions engineering
- Technical fluency with experience in reading code, making REST API calls, and basic scripting
- A consultative mindset with the ability to understand customer goals and provide prescriptive guidance
- Strong communication skills to translate technical details into business impact for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with document, content, or developer-tooling SDKs is a plus
