Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - AI Revenue Agents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI Agent Pilots & Implementations, deploying and configuring AI Revenue Agents in customer environments
Understand and map GTM workflows by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders
Customize and tune AI behavior to adapt agent capabilities to customer-specific use cases

Required Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles
Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus
Technical experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, or CRM systems
Strong understanding of sales workflows, including prospecting and pipeline management
Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation models
