Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Build AI growth workflows for internal use and productization for customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new templates and workflows
Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes

Required Qualifications

2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, or similar roles at high-growth startups
Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering
Proficiency in project management tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana
Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier
Basic knowledge of Python and JavaScript preferred
