Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create integration solutions for customers and standardize implementation paths
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to propose innovative solutions
• Analyze implementation paths and document decisions for internal and customer teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (Node and Typescript)
• 2+ years in a customer-facing position (support, sales, or solutions)
• Hands-on experience deploying software solutions in an integration environment
• Experience using AI tools to enhance engineering workflows
• Ability to work during US time zone office hours
