Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who will bridge the gap between product development, platform stability, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring root causes are addressed
• Contribute to the backend codebase using TypeScript/Node.js, focusing on feature development and code refactoring
• Optimize the production environment, including database performance and internal tool development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, particularly in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience in a production environment with strong knowledge of Postgres internals
• Ability to analyze query plans and debug concurrency issues
• Comfortable with customer interaction and problem ownership
